2. Bend your bottom leg for support (optional to keep straight) 3. Life your involved leg up, keep your hip and knee straight. 5. Slowly return to the starting position and relax.
Hip Adduction
1. Sit on a firm flat surface with your hands behind you for support (or lie on your back) 2. Keep both legs straight 3. Place a rolled towel between your legs 4. Squeeze the towel roll between both your legs for five seconds and relax.
Hip Musculature Strengthening
1. Sit on a firm flat surface with your hands behind you for support (or lie on your back) 2. With your legs straight, turn your legs, from your hip to your feet, inward as far as possible 3. Next, turn your legs, from your hip to your feet, outward as far as possible 4. Be sure move the entire leg, not just the foot.
Gluteals Strengthening
1. Stand up straight near something that can be used for support. 2. Keep your body straight and upright. 3. Moved your involved leg back as far as possible, keeping the knee straight. 4. Slowly return to the starting position.
