(Page: 1, 2, 3, 4)

Nicci O. colin91473@hotmail.com  I truly feel that our son is my reason for being born. He is my whole world. He is 2 years old and absolutely adorable. He has had strabismus surgery to correct crossed eyes. We our unaware of the specific cause of his CP. He was born premature. His birthmother used drugs during pregnancy and he tested positive for cocaine at birth. He has been diagnosed with Per ventricular Leukomalacia which means the ventricles in his brain either leaked or ruptured @ or around the time of birth. He had meningitis @ 3 months of age. He wears DAFOs on his legs and walks with a posterior walker. He prefers to sit in the W position every chance he gets & he is very strong willed. He has diplegia which is superimposed to his left arm. He will be getting Botox soon. He currently gets physical therapy, occupational therapy and educational therapy through the Infants and Toddlers Program. If anyone has any comments on Botox that has had experience with it please let me know.
